Civic Square Internship
Living, Learning & Giving Back
If you look up the meaning of the word “business,” you’ll find it defined as “working to create wealth and maximizing stockholders earnings.” This definition leaves out a key value of our thinking and business philosophy – something that if all businesses thought more about, the world would be a better place.

We believe in doing good business while doing well for the community. In our opinion, you can’t live in the “civic square” without participating – taking on social responsibility for the community around you. For some, the passion to give back might stem from the recognition of a specific need in the world or to a personal connection to someone in need. By aligning our passions for creativity and core values, we can make a difference in society and in the work we do with each client. We recognize that philanthropy is hard work; it’s also a fascinating opportunity to continue lifelong learning, and as a business, play an important role in our community.
