George Mason University
October 14, 2003
The Creosote Team traveled to George Mason University to meet with some of the region's foremost experts from the public, private, and philanthropic sectors to discuss the collective responsibility to improve the human condition. Attendees included:
Newt Gingrich, Author and CEO of Gingrich Group and former speaker of the house
Ted Leonsis, Vice Chairman AOL Timer Warner
Jeff Swartz, CEO, Timberland Corporation
Kathy Bushkin, President, AOL Time Warner Foundation
The goal of the meeting was to fuse the power and capabilities of the private, public, and philanthropic sectors to incite change in the ways we all do business--in the ways we all face up to social and community responsibilities.
