Company Role
Our internships are a labor of love – they’re unpaid!  Most agencies use interns to get coffee or make copies.  Not at Creosote…our interns are treated as colleagues with valid ideas.  They work side by side with our entire team spending their time on some of our largest projects for our biggest clients!

We see the importance of exposing students to real-world situations.  That often means have them travel the country with us on photo shoots or pitching their own concepts to clients.  Sound intense?  It is! 

More important, students provide a good sounding board as we work with educational institutions.  Our students are often only two years removed from looking at many of the publications we create.  They provide real feedback to the CA creative team.
