Company Role
Great graphic designers start out as great visual artists.  Jef’s eye for color, form and layout made him a perfect fit for the Creosote team. Having worked for both for profit, non-profit and government agencies has provided Jef the exceptional skill for creating things both beautiful and appealing to the consumer and customer. 

As part of the creative team at Creosote, Jef oversees both print and artistic endeavors. He helps design client materials and  artistic direction for projects both big and small. 

Personal Profile
Jef graduated from Mount St. Mary's College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, concentrating in commercial art and minoring in art history. He has also trained with other accredited institutions in graphic design, and program development and analysis. Since 1985, Jef has used his artistic talent and creative mind in a wide variety of businesses. From the development of promotional material for local businesses, grand openings, and congressional briefings for state senators, he has utilized his talents in various forms.

Jef has worked for International companies as a graphic designer, the federal government a graphic artist and a global bookstore chain as merchandiser and store manager, He has also created local theatre playbills and program brochures.

Jef has also been employed as a freelance artist, commissioned for a variety of projects from sculptures for a reproduction company, oil paintings for the home, and merchandising consultation for local businesses. He has donated his services for local high schools, colleges, and non-profit organizations for a myriad of worthy causes.
