Company Role
Okay, so obviously someone needs to be incredibly creative in a marketing firm. Joe brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and visual communications to the Creosote team. His distinct style has been described as “classically authentic, and always effective.” Acting as creative director, he leads the firm’s efforts to formulate and execute concepts in both interactive and print mediums. Joe also provides art direction and supervises all technical aspects of production, ensuring the highest quality control.
He’s paid his dues at Washington, D.C. agencies, huge associations and institutions of higher education, designing, art directing and managing the creative process and winning awards all along the way.
Personal Profile
Joe is one of those rare creative talents that somehow combines an innate design sense with marketing logic and know-how. He hates design for design’s sake. In every unique concept he develops, Joe remains focused on clearly communicating the message.
Joe received his Bachelor of Arts from McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College) and immediately entered the fast-paced, deadline-oriented agency world. His clients have included the Republican National Committee, the U.S.O., Quiznos Subs, Georgetown University and St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
Joe left his role as college administrator to continue building on his success in marketing and set out to strategically align partnerships with other creative professionals at the top of their game. His vision: to be the “creative quarterback” of a high-powered, results-based marketing team. He’s a fierce competitor studying, researching, and executing “game plans” that produce winning results.
